Toxicity Profiles are a powerful, customizable feature in SEND Explorer that allows users to group tests and/or tissues related to specific toxicities or areas of interest so they can be used in views/visualizations to narrow down or filter results to just those defined in the selected Toxicity Profile.
SEND Explorer comes with several built-in Toxicity Profiles (listed below) defined with the help of Certara toxicologists:
Cardiovascular
Clotting Dysregulation
Endocrine
Inflammation
Kidney
Liver
Pancreas
Skeletal Muscle
The tests and tissues included in each of the Toxicity Profiles listed above can be reviewed from Help/Online Help menu, Toxicity Profiles (CSV) link at the top. If a customer would like to add or edit tests/tissues to the existing profiles or define new Toxicity Profile areas, contact Certara Support, support@certara.net.
