SEND Explorer V12 added the ability to correlate several numeric endpoints (body weight, cardiovascular, ECG, clinical pathology, organ weight, temperature) with exposure data in the single-study Exposure Plot visualization. Previously, only correlation of clinical pathology endpoints was supported.
To correlate a numeric endpoint with exposure in SEND Explorer:
Open the Exposure Plot visualization for a study of interest either by clicking on the PP link in the Domains column from the SEND Explorer Dashboard, or by selecting Exposure Plot from the View pulldown menu on the Study Overview page. |
By default, a separate plot displays for each day exposure was calculated on the study. The X axis plots dose levels and the Y axis plots Cmax values.
From the left-hand configuration panel, click on the Dose button under Variable to display the possible endpoints that can be selected to correlate with exposure.
| |
From the Var Days pulldown menu, select the day(s) of collection for the selected endpoint to correlate with exposure.
The plots will be updated based on the selections. If you would like to adjust the day associated with the numeric timepoint for a specific plot, hover over the lower left corner of the plot to reveal a gear icon.
Click on the gear icon to unselect/select a timepoint to associate with exposure.
