The Dashboard is the primary view to locate and open study data in SEND Explorer. By default, the following columns are displayed for each study listed in the
Dashboard.

Sponsor Reference ID
Treatment
Species
Domains
Last Loaded Date
Load Status
Details
Delete (Data Stewards and Administrators only)
It is possible to define an organization-specific SEND Explorer Dashboard that will display by default for all users.
To add, remove or reorder the columns display by default on the SEND Explorer Dashboard you must have Data Steward or Administrator permissions. Follow the steps below to update the default SEND Explorer Dashboard.
From the Data Steward menu, select Dashboard Columns.
To add a new column to the Dashboard, filter for the column to add by clicking on the funnel icon in the bottom right corner of the Field Name column.
Select the field you'd like to add from the picklist. You can also type a portion or the full field name into the picklist text box to filter the list of fields displayed for selection.
Click on the cell for the Visible column for the selected field and select TRUE from the pulldown menu.
Type a reason for the change (e.g. dashboard update) into the "Please provide a reason" textbox and click on OK.
If you would like to change the order of the fields displayed, update the value in the Field Order column for any fields that are currently set to display on the Dashboard. Fields with lower numbers in the Field Order column display before fields with higher numbers, in ascending order.
Click on the Dashboard button from the top menu bar to return to the Dashboard.
Click on the Reset button to update the Dashboard display. The added column will display in the Dashboard.
To remove an existing column from the Dashboard, filter for the column to remove by clicking on the funnel icon in the bottom right corner of the Field Name column.
Select the field you'd like to remove from the picklist. You can type a portion or the full field name into the picklist text box to filter the list of fields displayed for selection.
Click on cell for the Visible column for the selected field and select FALSE from the pulldown menu.
Click on the Dashboard button from the top menu bar to return to the Dashboard.
Click on the Reset button to update the Dashboard display. The removed column will no longer display in the Dashboard.
