Basic usage metrics are recorded for each login to a SEND Explorer instance. These metrics include logins by Certara staff for monitoring, system upgrades, IQ testing, etc. and automated system tasks, as well as general user metrics.
The usage information recorded includes:
Name: name of user associated with activity
Time: time of activity
Event: SEND Explorer function used
Study: study ID associated with activity (if applicable)
Domain: data domain associated with activity (if applicable)
Application ID: application ID associated with activity (if applicable)
Administrators can download and review SEND Explorer usage logs using the steps below:
Click on the Admin hyperlink next to your user name in the upper right hand area of the SEND Explorer screen
Click on the Download Access Log button
The access log file will be exported to your Downloads folder in CSV format. Locate and open this file from your Downloads folder to review and analyze SEND Explorer usage metrics.
